Leadership

Personality plays a huge role in how leaders communicate, make decisions, respond to stress, and build relationships. Participants identify personality types and their core motivations, communication styles, and behavioral patterns. Learn to better assign responsibilities, manage conflict, support employee development, and structure team collaboration.
